8 Day Tour.
A complete New Zealand tour including all of its best known destinations
Day 1: Auckland – Waitomo – Rotorua
Travel by coach via Waitomo to Rotorua. The Waitomo glow-worm caves tour is included.
Day 2: Rotorua
Your half-day tour includes entrance fees to a thermal valley, trout springs and a farm
show. This afternoon is free.
Day 3: Rotorua – Wellington
Coach via Lake Taupo and past the National Park volcanoes, to our capital city.
Day 4: Wellington – Picton – Christchurch
Cross Cook Strait by ferry to Picton and board the TranzCoastal train for Christchurch.
Day 5: Christchurch – Dunedin – Te Anau
Coach across the Canterbury Plains to Dunedin. Head south across the southland plains to
Te Anau, gateway to Fiordland.
Day 6: Te Anau – Milford Sound – Queenstown
A full day tour taking in the wonders of the Eglington Valley, Homer Tunnel, Milford Sound
and Mitre Peak. A cruise on the Sound is included. Continue north to Lake Wakatipu and
Queenstown.
Day 7: Queenstown
A free day for optional activities such as; jet boating, 4x4 Adventures.
‘Earnslaw’ steamer cruises and much more.
Day 8: Queenstown – Mount Cook – Christchurch – Auckland
Travel through the Kawarau Gorge and over the Lindis Pass to reach Mount Cook around
midday. Pass Lake Tekapo, then north to Christchurch where you are met and transferred to
the airport for your evening flight to Auckland.
